A performance-based training program for youth athletes looking to improve speed, agility, and confidence across all sports

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Mind & Motion Performance Speed & Agility Program is designed to help athletes move better, play faster, and compete with confidence.

Each session focuses on:
• Linear speed & acceleration
• Lateral quickness & change of direction
• Coordination, balance & body control
• Mental focus & competitive movement

This is not conditioning — it’s performance development.

WHO SHOULD JOIN

This program is ideal for:

  • 3rd–12th grade athletes

  • Basketball, football, baseball & multi-sport athletes

  • Athletes preparing for upcoming seasons

  • Parents who want structured, intentional training

No prior training experience required.
